* You can book your treatment online using the code on your voucher in the coupons section when you go to pay. Or to book your treatment over the phone, please get in touch and disclose the voucher code as well as mentioning your intention to use this voucher upon booking.
*All gift vouchers are valid to be used from their date of issue until their expiry date.
*Gift vouchers aren't exchangeable, transferable or refundable. They are of no cash value and cannot be extended beyond their expiry date.
*Your voucher code is unique to you, it is your responsibility to not disclose this code to others.
*All bookings are subject to availability. Appointments are available on Monday to Friday from 1.30pm until 7pm and Saturdays from 8am until 12pm at Feathers Holistic Centre, Hards Lane, Frognall, Deeping St James, Lincolnshire, UK, PE6 8RP.
*Arriving in time for your appointment: Please arrive in time for your appointment. There will be no time added at the end of the treatment on clients who arrive late for their appointment. This is to ensure that other clients are seen on their own scheduled time and that time between clients is allowed to prepare the room for the next client. It is your responsibility to arrive on time for your appointment. If you are delayed for more than 30 minutes, your full fee cancellation policy will liable. This also applies to gift vouchers and pre-paid sessions/package discounts.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A strict minimum of 24-hour notice applies to all bookings if you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment. No show up, or late cancellation/reschedules prevents other clients to enjoy a treatment they may really need. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours you will be liable for the full amount of the treatment fee. This also applies to all prepaid sessions, packages and gift vouchers.
