Service Description

Reiki is an energy healing technique, it is restorative, gentle and a great treatment for clients who suffer from stress or depression. It concerns the Chakras of the body, of which there are seven. Reiki is a technique of rebalancing these energies, as everyday life (emotional or physical) can cause these energies to over stimulate or dim and become distorted. As part of the treatment healing energies will be channelled to the client, the energies will rebalance the chakras and restore equilibrium. The recipient’s body draws what it needs from the universal energy field, not from the healer’s personal energy, we just act as a channel to guide and focus the energy. A Reiki treatment will promote relaxation, reducing stress and anxiety. It will leave the client feeling grounded, with clarity of thought and a greater sense of connection. This treatment can be completed with no touch or via distance healing if required.

Cancellation Policy

Clients are expected to attend each scheduled session on time. A cancelled or delayed appointment delays appropriate treatment and can negatively impact other clients. Since your appointments involve the reservation of time specifically for you, and out of respect for your therapist and my other clients, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling or cancelling an appointment, and any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full. More than 24-hour notice would be appreciated when possible, as I can then make that time available to other clients. A late cancel or no-show appointment hurts at least three people: you, me - your therapist, and another client who could have potentially utilized your time slot. Please also be aware that if you are late for your appointment, your timed slot will still finish at the end of the allotted time, and will not be extended. This is for the fairness of other clients.
